Flash Poll: Should a sound system be installed in downtown Naperville?

City Council recently discussed a proposal to install a sound system in downtown Naperville to provide background music and enhance the downtown ambiance. The proposed system would predominantly be used during special events and the holiday shopping season.  The system could be zoned around the “Core” retail and business district. (The Jefferson Ave. and Main St. intersection) The sound system absolutely is not intended for the Riverwalk. The initial estimated cost is $66,015.
