Police investigating armed robbery at 75th St. Subway

On June 2 at approximately 10PM Naperville police responded to a 911 call at the Subway, 931 W 75th St. reference an armed robbery in progress. The initial investigation revealed that the suspect entered the restaurant, displayed a gun, and demanded money. The suspect obtained an undisclosed amount of currency prior to fleeing from the scene. The victims did not sustain any injuries.

The suspect is described as follows

Male, lighter complexion, tall, thin build, wearing a black hood, a black scarf over his face and dark pants.

Naperville Police Units arrived on scene within minutes of the 911 call. A search of the area was conducted, however the offender was not located. The case remains under investigation by the Naperville Police Department.
