joe-jaycees-hot-dogEditor’s Update: As a timely aside, during the April 8 Jaycees meeting at the Judd Kendall Kendall VFW Post 3873 when tickets for the 2014 Distinguished Service Awards Recognition were available to members, Greg Moran and the entire service club distinguished Joe Lichter for his club service. Members presented the Jaycees Rooster with a fitting trophy for his dedication to the Naperville Jaycees and specifically to the Last Fling during the 30-plus years that his family has called Naperville home.

JOEDSC_1920Lichter is widely known for his great sense of humor, Photoshop skills and for having his face behind the camera, capturing special memories to record the history for the Naperville Jaycees as well as many other local clubs and community events.

Joe and his wife, Julie, are planning a move to the Dallas, Texas, area.

The Lichters’ commitment to community service will be missed. Cheers!
