Andrew Sisters Tribute show coming to the Wentz this Sunday

-

Boogie woogie back to the 30’s and 40’s with Legacy Girls, the vocal trio that’s been wowing Chicagoland with their Andrews Sisters Tribute show for the past eight years. Their stage show Star Spangled Sisters will be performed at the beautiful Wentz Hall on the North Central College campus on Sunday, April 6, 2014 at 2PM.

Experience a musical journey filled with the toe-tappin’ hits made famous by those legendary “singsational” sisters who performed for more USO shows than any other vocal group during WWII. With their spot-on three-part harmonies, synchronized dance moves, quick wit and patriotic hearts, Legacy Girls truly captures the essence of the original Andrews Sisters.

Featuring the swinging sounds of The Pete Ellman Big Band, along with swing dancers and a special guest or two, this is definitely a must-see. From Don’t Sit Under the Apple Tree to Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy, be charmed and entertained as you celebrate the nostalgic songs that once uplifted and unified the nation. Experience Legacy Girls as never before. All seats $26. Call the Box Office at (630) 637-7469, or order online at http://tickets.noctrl.edu/. For more info, visit www.legacygirls.com.
