Studies have shown that this fear is an indicator for increased risk for falls even if you have never experienced an injury. One way to decrease fear is through education and knowledge. Join Monarch Landing on March 27th for a class on dizziness and vertigo, called Why is My World Spinning. The seminar will be presented by RehabCare. For questions, to find out more about any of our educational classes, or RSVP to Antonio Galvan at (630) 300-1246.
