Naperville Police seek to identify diamond heist suspects, reward offered

The Naperville Crime Stoppers are offering up to a $1,000 reward for information leading to the identification and arrest of suspects responsible for the theft of loose diamonds.

The Naperville Police Department is attempting to identify three subjects who stole numerous loose diamonds from the Precious Fine Jewelry store located on Showplace Drive in Naperville. The subjects distracted the employee and were able to leave the store with the stones. The theft occurred on August 26 around noon. One of the subjects was a Hispanic male, 20-25 years of age, around 5 feet tall and about 150 pounds. The other two offenders were Hispanic females, 20-25 years of age, slightly taller than the male subject and around 130 pounds.  The stolen diamonds have an estimated value of $180,000.

If anyone witnessed this incident or has any information about it or the suspect involved, they are asked to call Crime Stoppers at (630) 420-6006.  Information is important to the Crime Stoppers and all callers may remain anonymous.  A reward of up to $1,000.00 is being offered for the information that leads to an arrest in this incident.
