Just in time for New Year’s resolutions, Weight Watchers has announced that Naperville residents have more options to help them in their weight loss journey.
On Jan 12, Weight Watchers will open a new store where it will offer its new weight loss program, Weight Watchers 360°.
The new Weight Watchers store will feature a contemporary, yet welcoming and comfortable environment, and will be open during regular retail hours, so people can stop in anytime to learn more about Weight Watchers, ask questions, purchase memberships, and shop for Weight Watchers products designed to support a healthier lifestyle.
Members can also weigh in at their convenience in a way with more privacy than ever before. These stores are another part of Weight Watchers’ continued improvements and were designed to make the member experience at Weight Watchers more enjoyable while inspiring them to succeed in their weight-loss journey. In addition, members and area residents can stop by to learn more about the new Weight Watchers 360° program.
With the launch of PointsPlus® in 2010, Weight Watchers took a critical step in delivering a program that nudged members toward more satisfying and nutrient dense foods. And the new Weight Watchers 360° program is a breakthrough approach with PointsPlus® as its foundation plus new curriculum and tools to help members manage their food environment and establish daily routines that can become long-term healthy habits.
Weight Watchers celebrates 50 Years!
“In 2013, Weight Watchers will celebrate our 50th anniversary and as we embarked on that milestone we reflected on how different the world is now than it was in 1963,” said David Kirchhoff, CEO, Weight Watchers International. “We have learned so much over these 50 years and Weight Watchers 360° brings all of that learning and experience together to create a program that is perfectly designed for the world we live in today. And that world involves the average person making more than 200 food-related decisions each day – of which they are only aware of about 15 . Weight Watchers 360° arms people to successfully lose weight in that environment and learn to keep it off.”
“With the new Weight Watchers 360° program, we built on tracking PointsPlus® values to include specific learning, guidance and tools about re-vamping your spaces (home, office, car, handbag, etc.), planning for situations (parties, happy hour, eating out, travel, etc.), and incorporating simple routines into every day until they become second nature,” explained Diane Napolski, Territory Manager, Weight Watchers, in a news release. “At Weight Watchers meetings, people come together with a common goal – to learn how to successfully lose weight and keep it off. We are excited about this new opening in Naperville and look forward to helping local residents reach their weight loss goals with our new program.”
The new Weight Watchers will be located at 8 W. Gartner Rd., Suite 132, in Naperville Plaza, along with many fine shops and eateries, including Casey’s Foods, Oswald’s Pharmacy and the soon-to-open new location of First Community Bank.
