Car wash light show to benefit animal rescue organizations

Delta Sonic Car Wash will hold a Car Wash Wonderland and Light Show at its Naperville location on Rt. 59 and North Aurora. Beginning December 1, with the help of animated lighting specialists, the car wash and property will be transformed into a holiday wonderland of lights and displays set to music.

In an effort to give back to the community, from 5PM to close during the month of December, Delta Sonic is donating 100 percent of car wash sales to Cause for Paws, their animal initiative and eight local non-profit animal organizations. “Annually Delta Sonic donates all monies collected in counter donation boxes, air machines and shoe shine machines to local and national animal rights and welfare organizations. The Car Wash Wonderland and Light Show has been a dream of ours for years. Donating the car wash sales was a natural fit with our on-going fundraising initiative” said Kim Canna, Director of Marketing for Delta Sonic Car Wash.

The Delta Sonic Car Wash Wonderland and Light Show is a spectacular collection of animated holiday displays and millions of lights set to music. Customers can tune in on their car radios and enjoy the show both outside and while going through the car wash. In addition to the light show there will be various activities throughout the month including on-site adoptions and giveaways.

The animal organizations benefiting from the light show are: Oak Park Animal Care League, Anti-Cruelty Society, West Suburban Humane Society, Naperville Area Humane Society, ADOPT Pet Shelter, PURRS Naperville, Tails Humane Society, Friends of DuPage County Animal Care and Control, and the Humane Society of the United States.
